Position Overview: The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing appointments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage appointment bookings and confirmations via phone, email, and in-person.
Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns with a positive attitude.
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and payment processing.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
